di fs disuruhnya 50% karbo 30%lemak 20%protein. itu bener bener harus di tepatin apa boleh lebih tinggi protein?terus harian saya kalori 1400 itu harus difullin kah?. masih gak ngerti sama sekaliiiiii. jadi tiap hari cuma makan cleanfood.tolong informasinya:((((
