Alhamdulillah setelah stuck 1minggu bisa turun lagi, trnyta dengan defisit kalori tanpa takut makanan ada hasilnya juga:)))
54.8 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
