Enthusiastic about getting sensible with diet and exercise. I think Fatsecret is a good plan with the record-keeping I need.

Increased walk to 30 minutes from 20 minutes. Added stretching and weight training. Making effort to drink more water. Last A1C was 6.4. Goal is to get it to 5.0 by end of year.
