Worked hard on my exercise yesterday as I knew we were out last night at a wedding reception. Really pleased with this considering I had a pork & stuffing batch and a chicken burger last night!
120.3 kg Lost so far: 19.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
