遺漏登記+偷吃雞塊+腰果過量了 的結果
浪費一個禮拜了 😭😭😭
這禮拜要加油一點

→體重:64.2(與上周比較:-0.2)
→體脂:32.3(+0.1)
→內臟脂肪:10(沒變)
→皮下脂肪:27.8(沒變)
→BMI:25.7(-0.1)

週間修正,我忘記調整體重計的年齡了
所以數字微調,還好差異不大。
64.2 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
