I feel good this morning. I didn't eat after eight last night and the late night snacks have really been an issue for me. I did feel kind of hungry when I woke up to feed the babe last night but was fine this morning.
75.6 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
