Yesterday went really well, until my mom and sister got here and we ordered pizza. I just couldn't stop myself and went way over in calories. Today is a new day and I am still committed to losing the weight.
75.9 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
