正經減肥滿1個月了
加油啊啊啊啊啊
最近越來越想吃有的沒的東西了
忌口真難 (T_T)

→體重:63.6(與上周比較:-0.6)
→體脂:31.8(-0.4)
→內臟脂肪:9(-1)
→皮下脂肪:27.8(沒變)
→BMI:25.4(-0.3)
63.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
