So happy to have a down day after working out so much yesterday! Even though I ate on track, I thought surely I would be up from exercise. I’m motivated to work out a lot today too, as well as stay on track with my eating. Losing nearly 2 pounds in one day is quite motivating! I’m looking forward to being 199 before Thanksgiving (my planned cheat day). It’s going to be so great!
