Hi i am 36 years old , all my young life i was 120-125 pound, then i came to usa, and it became 140, 160 and even 185:/ last 4 years i am gaining and loosing back and forward, but it’s been a long time i was not less then 167 :( that’s so sad for me Start is 170.6 pound. August 8 2019 I won’t give up And hope by Christmas i will be wearing short skirts and skinny jeans 🙏🏻

You can do it! I started at 160 pounds this year and I used to weight the same as you a few years ago. It’s difficult but this app helps a lot

that says ALOT about the American diet and food here in the usa, don't know where you are from but that was interesting, you can do it. I am 64, maintained 195, then POP! up to 200. HOLY MOLLY. now back to 195 and pushing the envelope to get 20 plus pounds off. you got this. hope you share recipes. Good Luck!

America will do that to you! 🤦🏼♀️ I also moved here from Russia a few years ago and gained at least 10 lbs in the first couple of months. On the right track now though. You can do it!
