sama mau tanya kak? kalau saya pakai tdee diluar FS untuk mainten sekitar 1980an tapi kalau di FS kok jadi 2500an kira2 lebih tepat yang mana?

kalo bulking yaa mau tidak mau lemak ikut naik, tp kalo lebih banyak otot yg naik.. presentasi lemak bisa jadi tetap & malah turun karna sebanding ototnya naik☺☺
