Didn’t track food yesterday as I had a chest afternoon, buttermilk fried chicken burger with crispy bacon, mayo, bbq sauce, fries and fried halloumi with sweet chilli jam. So very pleased with this! 💪🏻
118.8 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
