The past two days I did not eat the less calorie/fat foods and I also ate after 6 pm with no exercise in the day. Went up from last week by two pounds. I am back on tracking my food and eating better today.
57.3 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
