2 hari smpet kalap makan trus karena diskonnya gofood + hari ultau nyokap jd ditraktir terus. Udh ketar ketir smpe g berani masukkin kalori karena udh ketebak pasti lebih dr 2000 kKal. Sbg rasa bersalah saya tmbhin durasi olahraga jdi 60 menit dr yg biasanya 45 menit selama 2 hari dan ajaib, berat saya masih stay cool, ga naik dan ga turun.. start today mulai balik eat clean lg.. Semangat
