yg ngebentuk bb di badan ada masa air, masa otot sma lemak, klo lemaknya banyak akan beda sm otot yg banyak, jd misal bb nambah tp baju longgar krna lemaknya udah sedikit menyusut tp diganti sm masa ototnya yg nambah
