請問大家減肥中是不是都沒有用白飯,因為我發現到大家都沒有拍白飯, 我減第三天,前兩天沒吃白飯都好容易餓 所以想跟大家請教

慢慢減量比較不會這麼不習慣,等完全不吃精緻澱粉後,你更不容易餓。

全穀類或多穀米優於白飯,但白飯優於米粉(米果)等再製類食物,全麥粒優於麥粉(麵粉)製品,全麥製品優於白麵粉製品。再製等於精製(精緻),但總歸是「量」的問題😅😅😅
