經過1-2周的體重徘徊卡關
終於在這個週末來到新低
(雖然今天又回升0.1,但我歸咎是因為我沒上大號 😂)

開始覺得終於快要脫離6樓了
(再不降的話,我已經開始快要每天早上上秤前都禱告一下了:神啊請幫幫我 🙏 😂)


→體重:61.6(與上周一比較:-2.2)
→體脂:30.8(-1.1)
→內臟脂肪:9(沒變)
→皮下脂肪:26.7(-0.8)
→BMI:24.6(-0.9)
61.6 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
