Only lost one more pound in the last few days. Not bad though. My boyfriend has lost a total of 7 pounds. (My cat has gained 3 in 4 weeks. Haha) I'm going to stick to Phase one for a few more weeks, it's really not that bad. I still haven't cheated, I did have a salad with a little bit of bacon crumbles last night at a resturaunt a little bit of a no-no but I was trying to be as good as I possibly could. Tonight is my mother's birthday... we're going to a steak house which she did because all 3 of us are now on South Beach (my dad, my boyfriend and I). I figured a little bit of steak and veggies would be the best choice for this phase. I'm having a hard time even finding dressings at resturaunts that aren't full of sugars... so I usually end up having a small sirlion and vegetables.
I live in the city in the middle of all the best resturaunts it's been really hard not to cheat, but I'm proud of myself for not cheating and almost being at the 2 week mark.
