Great exercise. I just had to look up kettle bells to see what those are. Geez, the woman on the workout vid is so fit. I am so far from there. Maybe I’ll pick up kettle bells? At least I can do some rowers with my lil barbells to start. Every lil bit helps, right?

Thanks for your support. That's the way I am looking at it. My challenge to myself is to embed good habits rather than build muscle or lose weight, which will take care of itself if I exercise more.
