在努力一下下就到7樓了😊💪💪,不知不覺突破48斷食😊,目前52小時都不覺得餓 。。開心😁😁

我都頂多只跳一餐沒吃,還得要前一餐吃太飽才下一餐跳一餐沒吃😅😅。 我個人是不支持斷食的,覺得斷食24小時還可以接受😊。

youlife,各種飲食法,都要依每個人身體狀況而改變啊!我之前也是只能24斷最多36慢慢累進,斷食前一定要豐食,這跟妳是一樣的。😁😁豐食不是亂吃而是吃對東西。一起努力吧!我也還在學習中😊😊😊💪💪
