結束3天斷食,雖然不餓無不適,但依身體感覺該準備復食了😊

小葵,謝謝小葵提醒😊,復食要以清淡主,所以我從薑絲肉片湯先食,有點油脂跟蛋白質,進而增加無糖豆漿,水煮蛋慢慢復食,最後適時補地瓜、蔬食,這是我的方式,慢慢調整會找自己適合的方法😊😊😊
