9/1早安😊 這陣子照片無法上傳🥺😥😥 昨復食第一餐:😊 薑絲肉片清湯,水煮蛋,豆漿 只喝得下肉片湯,水煮蛋吃了一半,分了兩餐吃,復食後前三日16斷之後維持原來的一日一餐,依身體作息狀況調整,預計復食⬆️1公斤左右😊😊😊快達成目標了,開心😊😊😊
