Same weight as last week. I was hoping I would have lost some but I know what extras that I ate during the week. Had a few days where I walked on trails so I got exercise. Walking was very nice.
57.0 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
