早餐 鴛鴦酥.蘆筍50+紫色蔬菜50+小黃瓜30.水煮蛋白.低脂鮮奶+黑咖啡
午餐 毛豆+紅藜.竹筍+虱目魚.燙過貓菜
晚餐 同事四點買炸物只吃=地瓜.玉米筍.雞皮.皮蛋1.喝每朝
六點回家吃柚子一顆,就沒在吃東西了
睡前 綠茶粉.滾輪

早 體重47.3 體脂21.9
晚 體重47.7 體脂23.7
