I have unfortunately put on some weight in the past 3 weeks. As we are heading into Autumn/Winter, I am hoping to be more focused. I hope to lose 1.5 stone by Christmas. I am beginning to understand the keto diet and I should begin to get their soon.
102 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
