ts br berani nimbang. total sebulan diet. defkal turun 5 kg. pelan2 bismillah itupun bnyk fun food dan ada bbrp cheat day. sekiatr 20 harian mmg gamakan nasi samsek. ganti sayur buah saja. semangat semua... ❤️
