Efek makan dibawah BMR, kerjaan yg ga ada habisnya, jam tdr kacau pdhal olahraga msih jalan dgn target 2500kal/mngg..sdh trcapai 1400 per hr rabu.. Semangat jangan stress!
54.4 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
