Today I record my highest weight in my life. I can truly say my commitment is none existent and I can see it in the weight gain...I'm still on shark week but need to start moving in the right direction. Today is Sunday and one of the most difficult days to be on diet but it will truly be a test and then I need to maintain that and turn it into a habit..........
