kmrn2 kal 1700-2100 selama sebulan start pertengahan Agustus. Nimbang di tanita 22 sept, Bodyfat naik 0,8kg. Muscle naik 0,4kg. Entah knp Muscle itu gampang banget turun, susah naik, sebaliknya bodyfat gampang naik, jarang turun 🤦🏼‍♀️ start minggu ini (23 sept) nurunin kalori jadi 1500 saat gym & 1200 saat off gym. Kardio 60 mnt 2-3x seminggu. Protein tetep maintain di 80-120gr. Lets see seminggu lagi di timbangan tanita jadi brp.
53 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
