Hi again! So, back from a 2-week vacation overseas, during which I was very active walking around sightseeing, but I did not adhere to my 2,000 calorie a day diet AT ALL. The result is obvious, both by the numbers (a 5-pound gain, more or less -- actually, more) and by my clothes and (sadly) mirror. Well, not to worry, I'll be back on track in no time -- starting now! At 50 years and 1 week, I can't afford to dawdle!
