很好👍🏻3天沒紀錄~昨天星期一放了颱風假,剛好連吃4天⋯上星期5回診,醫生說吃類固醇一定胖!!!真的嗎?!我覺得是自己太會吃欸🤔因爲真的吃不飽吃個不停啊🤪唉⋯⋯⋯昨晚睡著前想著改變方式,記劃開始計算熱量,就從7-11開始吧💪🏻
