@jcmama777 honestly is was a little of everything. I got back together with my ex fiancé recently and he lives an hour away so my eating schedule is completely out of sync. I do really well with routines and my schedule has been all over the place for the last month or two.

mrssetters that’s definitely a big change and adjustment. As long as you’re happy with going back to your exfiance and it’s all good things and not a stress, everything else will come together 💕💜💚 I know you can turn it around girlie💕

Agreed. Any data is better than no data, at least for me. I must be able to see what is, even if it's uncomfortable. Keep searching, and keep trying. Investigate everything. You can do it! And yeah, pray. :)

Mrssetters this weight loss thing can be very hard at times, sometimes seemingly impossible. If you want to use this app to its fullest potential please try to log everything that you consume on a daily basis (weighing and measuring portions until you can estimate accurately) as well as add a bit of logged activity every day...even just a short walk twice a day will all add up in a month. Avoid calorie dense foods but don't stress if you have the odd day when french fries or cake end up being logged. Also, log all adult beverages, other liquid calories and condiments...it is a real eye opener what some of our add ons contribute to our calorie input. Your goal should be to have a real and consistent calorie deficit on a weekly/monthly basis. Now this isn't something that you have to do to have success, but I do guarantee you that if you do this you WILL have success. Good luck going forward, your future self will thank you, take care!!

Everyone has times of being out of control. You have owned it and are willing to be accountable, that's the first step. Remember that the past is done and you can't change it, but the future is an open book and you control what get's written on the pages. Today, tomorrow, every day is a chance for a fresh start. Steven has some great advice....you can do this!

Looking back can seem so overwhelming and looking forward discouragingly daunting... Today... You only have to focus on one day at a time. You can do today, and then tomorrow is a new "today." That is how I have to look at things. I know what to do. You do to.... What Steven said. You can do it! 😁
