Well I am slightly up today but that just comes form the discipline of weighing in daily. It has it's downfalls likely a natural fluctuation like today can be disheartening, but I like the focus it gives me. Keeps me on track on a daily basis instead of going oh crap I have a weigh in today! That comes when you weigh in only once a week. This way also makes the scale less frightening since it is a daily habit :) I am going for a walk now...walk away from the crack secret.....

Too true!! Thanks. I know that in my MK world and I am applying that here too. FS has given me good tools to do so. It's why I chose the 10-30 lbs by Nov challenge. First mini goal to go :)
