昨天亲子运动会,中午无奈吃了两个韭菜馅的馅饼,但是我把一半的皮都扔了,喝了点黑米粥,几口白菜油太多了我就没有吃。20几颗葡萄,但是下午加餐太狠了,一个超大的香蕉,两个无糖羊奶蛋糕,几口爆米花两个鸭心。儿子最后活动取得了大丰收,也算是我破戒有所值吧,而且晚上喝了好多水,今天居然掉秤了,哈哈哈。。😄😄
