Back up to my previous weight. :( We have been on block leave so the hubs and I have been eating that good ol' southern food! But thats ok... I will get back down. My hubby leaves for Iraq in about 3 weeks so I'm going to try to loose some before then but then it's on like donkey kong once he goes... I WILL finally reach my goal!!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
