This is frustrating. Why is my weight loss slowing down and even reversing? I lowered my RDI. Ugh... It's going to be a long day. Shouldn't have weighed in in the morning.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We all have weeks of gaining. Just stay on plan. It may have nothing at all to do with your food intake. It could be hormones, sodium, etc. Make sure you are getting enough protein and drinking your water. Watch the processed foods because they contain a lot of sodium.
