Didn't workout in the morning, but managed to walk on the treadmill for 43 minutes tonight. I also threw in some light weights afterward.

Meals:
Breakfast: Visalus Shake
Lunch:
Dinner: Pinapaitan + White Rice
Dessert: Small Peppermint Patty
60.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
