哇噻!我昨天帶小孩去野餐,有自備自己的減醣餐。看他們玩時,一旁無聊開始找吃的,看到小孩水餃,忍不住吃了10個左右的內餡、吃了小孩的綜合堅果+其他小豆豆、葡萄乾什麼雜乾的一包,還吃了快2顆左右的蘋果,以為已經爆醣,準備好看著體重暴衝了!沒想到體重、體脂也繼續降了! 難道真的是秋葵綠茶的幫忙?🧐
