Treadmill workout this morning for 40 minutes. Surprised that I lost 2 pounds overnight. Wish I could lose 2 pounds EVERY night. Grrrr Hopefully I can make myself do another treadmill workout tonight. (Tired of my videos.)
59.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
