ew upfluct! :( between the food I ate and my rapid success early in the week, I should not be surprised. Gotta keep in mind that I CHOOSE to weigh in daily and that this too shall pass ! :)

I used to weight daily (sometimes twice), but got sooo tired upflucting that I had to quit. You're getting a cool little pattern though--kind of makes me want to go crochet something scallopy! Just remember that the overall once a week weigh-in is what will really tell you what's going on.
