Don't loose hope, you should measure yourself, you might now be dropping some centimeters. Also with me I have the water retention problem so if I take in less water today than yesterday I know for sure I will not loose anything the next morning. Try weighing yourself couple days apart too xx Good luck

Your body adapts to the low calories you have been eating constantly for a month or so. Have a high calorie day and then the next 3 days drop the calories again then weigh. See if that might boost the metabolism again.
