ka berat aku 85kg , aku lagi berusaha nurunin jadi 60kg , aku anak kosan emg makan nasinya 1kali sehari dan nasinya dikit kak, menurut kaka kaka tips diet yang cepet nurunin berat badan gmana kak plis ka sarannya 😢
