昨天大姨媽來,一直找吃的..吃了不少堅果、三層肉,熱量超過2800大卡,嚴重爆表..今天體重反而下降!
56 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
