Cannot believe this is starting to work! No alcohol (easy calorie drop) getting serious about watching what I'm eating, moving more. Chiropractor this morning to see if I can get this back issue sorted, so I can put more exercise on my agenda. Onwards and upwards a step at a time, even if I can't see the whole staircase (and what's at the top lol 🙂)
86.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done. I have now lost 28lb and have cut my painkillers from 8 very strong ones every day to about 4 a WEEK. My arthritis seems much better and I can walk better. I am hoping in time to dump my walking stick. Anything is possible if you really want it.

There's a chiropractic clinic at my university, I can't tell you how weird it felt being there in a hospital gown before lectures lol 😂 The difference it's made I n one session is amazing, no painkillers at all today, feels 'normal' for the first time in ages. So surprised to see how many people have noticed my comment, it's really appreciated. Thanks everyone!
