Hi Emms. Welcome to FS. You’ve made the right choice to join the community! Seeing you’ve set your goal in black and white to loose quite a bit of of weight, may I suggest to have this goal in mind, but for now set yourself “mini” goals instead? They are less hard to achieve, and gives (I think) more satisfaction when reached. I’m not a pro in loosing weigh (just check my ups and downs), however also reading other FS users, I think most will actually suggest lower goals and a step by step approach towards your final goal. Thanks! 😊 yeah I’m going to take it in smaller stages but this is my ultimate weight goal 😍 I’m going to take it a stone at a time and see how I go xxx
