I have to say that I am abit frustrated that I am still putting on weight, though I have been following the diet very well. I will be having another go at strictly following the diet from tomorrow. I am hoping to have more positive results.
103 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
