昨天午饭两大盘子面条菜,油挺多,烧茄子+丝瓜+豆芽+西红柿鸡蛋卤+黄瓜+四季豆+鹌鹑蛋。晚上火锅鸡吃了10小块去皮鸡肉+半个玉米,若干菜,晚上一壶水,今天就这样了,不知道是水的原因,还是吃的原因😂😂😂
