Very disappointed in myself... I set myself a 3lb a week goal up until the start of advent which would put me down to around 18.5st. I hit the goal the first three weeks and then I've gone and missed it this week. Guess I've got to try harder next week to make up for this week! 🤞

It helped me last time I set milestones to set my profile to public and share my progress each week with you all, so I've decided to open up my permissions again... 🙂

Let's think positive about this week then it's still a loss and still a step forward on the weight loss journey. 😁
125.6 kg Lost so far: 38.9 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Stay positive because you're still heading in the right direction, and choose to see it as feedback you can learn from, rather than feeling disappointed in yourself. It's just a chance to see if there's anything you might do differently, and make some tweaks maybe. Wishing you a good week ahead 🙂

Your doing great mate. I was in a worse position than you and through sheer bloody mindedness and to prove the doubters wrong I’m getting there. You gotta feel the difference.
