Your starting weight is close to what mine was... It's really hard to get started and NOT have those cookie and ice cream days... I try not to keep those out of my eating all together. Have you found the WW brands of these items? My favorite WW ice cream bars are the cookies and cream ones.. and the chocolate chip cookies are soft, which I love. You also learn to really SAVOR your bites when you are eating 'forbidden' food-- then you won't be quite as tempted to eat more. You are doing great-- already down almost 2 pounds! Keep it up!
