It's been a 4 day free for all - I didn't weigh myself yesterday because I wasn't ready to be accountable and was really good until dinner...Not sure how I was able to maintain my last weight and even lose .8...??!! but I'm loving it!! haha ;) Back to the basics for this chica though!!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
